The Ultimate Guide to Hire Porter Rinjani

If you're planning a trip to Mount Rinjani, one of the things you'll need to consider is the cost of hiring a porter. Porters are an important part of the trekking experience, helping to carry your gear and supplies up the mountain.

In this blog post, we'll go over everything you need to know about harga porter Rinjani so that you can plan your trip without any surprises.

What is a Porter?

A porter is a local guide who helps carry gear and supplies during a trek. They're an essential part of any Rinjani trek, especially if you're carrying a heavy load or aren't confident in your physical ability.

Hire Rinjani Porter

How Much Does a Porter Cost?

The cost of hiring a porter can vary depending on the type of trek you're doing and how many days you'll be on the mountain. Generally, you can expect to pay between Rp. 350,000 to Rp. 500,000 for a porter for a three-day trek.

For longer treks, the price can range from Rp. 600,000 to Rp. 1,000,000 per day. These prices are for the porter's services only and do not include food, equipment, or supplies. Make sure to factor in these additional costs when planning your trip.

Why Hire a Porter?

While some experienced trekkers prefer to carry their own gear, hiring a porter has many benefits. Porters help distribute the weight of your gear, making it easier for you to trek. They also provide local knowledge and can help you navigate the mountain safely.

Hiring a porter also benefits the local community. Most porters are residents of the nearby villages and rely on tourism to make a living. By hiring a porter, you're directly supporting the local economy.

How to Hire a Porter

When booking your Rinjani trek, you'll have the option to hire a porter through your tour company. If you're booking independently, you can hire a porter through the Rinjani National Park office.

Make sure to negotiate the price with your porter before the trek, and confirm the cost and services included in writing.

Final Thoughts

Hiring a porter for your Rinjani trek is a great way to support the local economy and make your trek easier and more enjoyable. When budgeting for your trip, make sure to factor in the cost of a porter so that you can make the most of your experience on the mountain.

ATM IN SEMBALUN AND SENARU

eni sulistiani

A few days ago we had time to receive bookings from family guests who were doing trekking activities in Senaru and Sembalun.

On the way they were busy with paying for their trip for a snorkeling trip on Gili Trawangan to the return transport from Gili Trawangan to Lombok. They should have rented their own car without a driver, it turned out to be very difficult to determine directions, so we became an online travel guide.

First of all asking where is the location of Senaru Lodge which is indeed owned by Rudy Trekker the previous owner but he still holds the throne of ownership again (for now we don't know who the owner is) through a long search because the location is so high, because it is intended for climbers, after waiting a while while walking around with wandering eyes finally found the hotel.

http://www.lomboksociety.my.id/2023/08/atm-in-sembalun-and-senaru.html

Now the second point, where is the location of the Senaru ATM for payment of the DP trip because only one boat has not been sold for that day's trip, they think that the Senaru Senaru location does not have an ATM there because the position is above 1,000 m above sea level.

however, BNI Pondok Senaru ATM is available which helps guests to clear money for climbing expenses, After a while it was found, eeh there was a problem with the two ATMs at this location again having an error, we were forced to give the option of an ATM in Sembalun next.

The third point is whether there is an ATM in Sembalun, because the hiking trail ends at Sembalun, finally after a tiring journey, a BNI Shoots of Roses ATM was found in Sembalun. That's when the payment is made, what meaning is taken from it

For those of you who hike and forget to withdraw money at an ATM for payment, you have options for withdrawal: 1. Pondok Senaru ATM BNI 2. Sembalun Rose Buds ATM BNI I hope this information is useful for you on the Rinjani hiking trail.

Hope the information will help the hiker for easy cash payment on ATM in Senaru and Sembalun

Happy traveling
